Tucked away in the leafy suburbs of Joslin, this 1960s cottage was in need of a refresh. Structural reconfigurations were undertaken to open up the area and create a better functioning space for our client’s living needs. Consisting of a new Kitchen, Laundry, WC and Dining Room. A modern sitting room addition to the rear of the house, which sits slightly lower than the existing floor level and connects the house & back garden together seamlessly.
