Kieran is the Owner & Founding Director of Crew Built. With 20 years of experience within the building and construction industry, spanning all sectors, his knowledge and experience are invaluable and a testament to his dedication to the Industry that he is so passionate about.  

Kieran’s thirst for building knowledge is evident in the fact he has successfully completed both a Carpentry and Plumbing Trade, as well as being awarded the Certified Trade Professional Of The Year Winner by the Master Builders Association in 2018. Having an array of formal Building Qualifications and an impressive resume, this saw Kieran become a Licensed Master Builder & Registered Supervisor across the Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Civil sectors of the industry, in conjunction with being a Licensed Master Plumber.    

Kieran went on to be a Commercial Construction Site Manager, successfully delivering large-scale, multi-story Commercial & Residential Mixed Use Buildings, Industrial Warehouses, Private and Public-School Education Buildings, Petrol Stations, Privately Funded Commercial Development Public Use Buildings and Offices, as well as Civil Works associated with Multi Allotment Land Subdivisions, with all associated infrastructure and roadways.  Kieran then went on to start Crew Built in 2021. 

Kieran’s current involvement with the Housing Industry Association as a member of the HIA Awards Judging Panel, keeps him entrenched with other industry leaders.

Alex started his construction career as an apprentice carpenter, giving him a great base skill set in Building Practice, covering all residential and commercial carpentry aspects. 

Alex soon progressed into a Fully Competent Commercial Site Manager, where he developed a wealth of onsite experience across a decade. From there, Alex Co-Founded Crew Built with a drive to become the Builder of Choice for High-End Residential and Commercial Building for all Clients and Architects.

With over 17 years of experience in the industry, Alex has dedicated himself to excel in both residential and commercial projects. 

Alex’s past building experiences range from small, simple renovations to multimillion-dollar, complicated residential and commercial builds, allowing him to gain valuable knowledge and problem-solving skills across all built types and onsite building aspects. 

With a passion and keen eye, Alex ensures all projects are finished to high industry standards in which he applies meticulous thought and consideration to the daily coordination of trades and suppliers to ensure that each build aspect is uncompromised and completed to the highest standard.

Alex keeps effective communication at the forefront of each project, from trades to suppliers, and most importantly, ensures that each client is fully informed of the progress of their build at all stages of the project.
